Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate is required
  • A minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
  • Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer business center
  • Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
  • Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
  • Assist with reservations for hotels, transportation, and meals, and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and flight tracking
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
