The Concierge role for the 2nd shift at Textron Aviation is a vital position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience of visitors and clients. This role requires a personable and organized individual who can tailor each interaction to meet the unique preferences and needs of customers. As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing hotel, transportation, and dining reservations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit for all guests. Additionally, your responsibilities extend to maintaining a clean and professional customer business center, coordinating various customer requests, and overseeing visitor sign-ins and badge management.

In this capacity, you will play a key role in strengthening customer loyalty by providing thoughtful and personalized service. The Concierge will also handle essential administrative duties such as updating customer data within Salesforce, processing purchase orders, and managing payments. Your presence will be welcoming, and your communication skills will contribute to providing valuable feedback to management, ultimately helping to enhance the services offered. This full-time, individual contributor role operates on the second shift, requiring strong multitasking abilities, professionalism, and attention to detail. Textron Aviation supports relocation for this role and is based in Wichita, Kansas. The position involves no travel and includes the possibility of obtaining an airport security badge if applicable. Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate is required
  • A minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
  • Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer business center
  • Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
  • Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
  • Assist with reservations for hotels, transportation, and meals, and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and flight tracking
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
