Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Ability to solve problems effectively while maintaining organizational goals

- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Prior experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures individuals feel served appropriately
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of delivery
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
- Greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers warmly and professionally
- Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
