Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and alternating weekends
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful nature
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Capable of making independent decisions as necessary
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- Answer telephone calls
- Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety
- Process reports including work orders, incidents, and concerns
- Receive, deliver, or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs, and other items as requested
- Maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure timely response and follow-up to resident, family, and employee concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
