The Concierge supports sales and marketing efforts by managing move-in packets, ordering related materials, and assisting in nurturing relationships with prospective residents.

Sunrise values teamwork and engagement, encouraging the Concierge to actively participate in meetings, training, and initiatives that promote a positive community culture. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently. Employees are expected to uphold Sunrise standards by completing required training and embracing the company’s values in every interaction.

Sunrise Senior Living offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings options, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. With additional perks like an Employee Assistance Program and expedited pay through myFlexPay, Sunrise supports its team members' personal and professional growth while recognizing their dedication with potential bonuses. Employment is contingent upon successful pre-employment screenings and adherence to health protocols ensuring the safety of all community members.
