The Concierge role plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance, recommendations, or bespoke services. The Concierge is entrusted with providing detailed information about hotel services and local attractions, managing reservations, securing tickets, and arranging transportation and travel plans to create a seamless and memorable stay. Additionally, the role includes handling VIP requests such as special product orders and turndown services, ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality are consistently met.
Beyond direct guest interaction, the Concierge supports various operational aspects of the Front Office team by assisting with administrative tasks including authorizing credit applications and facilitating the sending and receiving of guest packages. The concierge is also responsible for arranging auxiliary services such as laundry, cleaning, and repairs of guests' belongings, enhancing guest convenience and satisfaction. The role often requires multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining discretion and attentiveness towards sensitive guest information.

Job Duties
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details
- Handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services
- Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests' belongings
- Assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications
- Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages
- Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions
- Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment
- Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team
