Currently, Marriott Research Triangle Park is seeking a professional, personable, and customer-focused Concierge Attendant to join their welcoming team. This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $17 and is scheduled from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life arrangement while allowing for meaningful guest interactions during prime evening hours. The Concierge Attendant acts as the frontline ambassador of the concierge desk, playing a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience.

The Concierge Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. The role involves taking drink orders, serving light appetizers, ensuring the concierge area is well-stocked, and offering valuable local expertise. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
