Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions and services is beneficial
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work the scheduled hours of 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- Commitment to following safety standards including MSDS and OSHA
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services is a plus
- Professional appearance and behavior
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests by providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle any guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Offer guests insider knowledge on the best things to do, places to visit, and attractions to see in the local area
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
- Take drink orders and serve light appetizers to guests
- Ensure concierge is stocked with necessary supplies
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
