The Concierge at Sunrise of Bon Air plays a crucial role in establishing a positive atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service. This employment opportunity is part-time or full-time with competitive compensation based on the geographic location, experience, and qualifications. The role involves greeting visitors warmly, managing calls, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The Concierge is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, safe, and attractive entry and bistro area, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth community operations. This includes welcoming prospective residents and their families, coordinating appointments, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting staff with documentation and supplies.

The job requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
  • Manage both external and internal calls promptly with appropriate greetings
  • Take and communicate messages accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the resident move-in process including ordering flowers and guest meals
  • Maintain the front desk and bistro area including cleanliness, refreshments, and music
  • Support recruitment by welcoming job candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Uphold community safety protocols and risk management practices
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters and emergency procedures
  • Perform clerical duties like mail distribution, meal ticket management, and supply ordering
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement activities
