Job Duties
- Provide information, directions, and assistance to patients and visitors
- Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming requests or needs
- Oversee volunteer staff at the information desk
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate transport assistance as necessary
- Use critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
