Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift
  • Must have Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Previous concierge experience
  • Knowledge of local attractions
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Accommodating guest requests and processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
  • Assisting in guest service areas including the front desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
  • Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay while providing exceptional above and beyond service
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and services provided
  • Providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
