The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is currently seeking a talented Concierge to join their team on a part-time basis. The Concierge role is pivotal in shaping guests’ experiences by anticipating their needs and ensuring personalized service that leaves lasting impressions. Concierge agents engage with guests to fulfill requests ranging from local recommendations to logistical support, such as processing mail and handling guest messages. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.

The position offers flexible shift options with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, including weekend and holiday availability. Candidates must be proficient in English, computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office, and able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Prior concierge experience and knowledge of the Scottsdale area are highly valued. Multilingual abilities and schedule flexibility are considered advantageous.
