The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is currently seeking a talented Concierge to join their team on a part-time basis. The Concierge role is pivotal in shaping guests’ experiences by anticipating their needs and ensuring personalized service that leaves lasting impressions. Concierge agents engage with guests to fulfill requests ranging from local recommendations to logistical support, such as processing mail and handling guest messages. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.

The position offers flexible shift options with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, including weekend and holiday availability. Candidates must be proficient in English, computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office, and able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Prior concierge experience and knowledge of the Scottsdale area are highly valued. Multilingual abilities and schedule flexibility are considered advantageous. Job Duties

  • Accommodating guest requests and processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
  • Assisting in guest service areas including the front desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
  • Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay while providing exceptional above and beyond service
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and services provided
  • Providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
