This community-oriented company emphasizes meaningful relationships not only with residents but also with their families and team members, creating a nurturing atmosphere where everyone can grow and thrive together. Sunrise recognizes the sacred value of human life and integrates that belief into every aspect of its service and care, ensuring that every interaction is filled with compassion, respect, and dignity. The company offers competitive compensation, flexible benefits, and numerous growth opportunities that make it an attractive place for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

The Concierge role at Sunrise Senior Living is a pivotal position offering the first personal contact and lasting impression to residents, families, and visitors. As the heart of the community's reception area, the Concierge warmly welcomes guests, manages incoming inquiries, and provides essential information supporting the Director of Sales and the Executive Director. This role balances customer service with administrative support, ensuring smooth communication within the community and aiding in recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling both internal and external calls promptly, managing appointment schedules for residents, and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro with refreshments and cleanliness. The Concierge also participates in risk management by monitoring safety protocols and championing resident security programs.

This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to teamwork. Candidates will engage in various duties such as managing marketing materials, assisting with resident move-ins, maintaining logs and schedules, and supporting recruitment activities with computer data entry. Additionally, the Concierge actively contributes to the community’s engagement programs and safety standards, portraying Sunrise’s Mission, Principles of Service, and Core Values in every action. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise-specific applications, and a foundational understanding of resident safety procedures. Sunrise Senior Living ensures employees are well trained and supported, with ongoing opportunities for professional development. Employment is contingent on health and background screenings to guarantee the highest standards of care and safety.

Overall, the Concierge position is ideal for dedicated individuals who enjoy making meaningful connections, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to play a vital role in enriching the lives of seniors. Sunrise Senior Living offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs.
