Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, service-driven demeanor
- Previous concierge, guest services, or front desk experience in an upper-upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local downtown area including dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings
- Experience with PMS and concierge platforms such as Opera or ALICE preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Deliver anticipatory, intuitive service to all guests with personalization and attention to detail
- Build meaningful guest relationships recognizing preferences and special occasions
- Create tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and transportation
- Coordinate and confirm reservations, tickets, and exclusive experiences with precision and discretion
- Provide seamless assistance with arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Maintain expert knowledge of the downtown area including premier restaurants and nightlife
- Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses and service providers to secure priority access
