Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
  • ability to work Thursday and Friday 3pm-11pm shifts
  • availability for on-call duties
  • ability to lift 30lbs following safety procedures
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • good physical stamina and ability to walk and climb stairs
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • proficiency in typing and computer use
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills including strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • intermediate command of computer hardware and software
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize tasks
  • ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests upon entry
  • respond to requests, questions, and other needs
  • document issues or events as needed
  • develop an understanding of Association policies and requirements
  • escalate concerns to the Property Manager for immediate resolution when necessary
  • monitor Emergency Response System and respond efficiently
  • monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems
  • ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed
  • log all packages and track them until pick-up or delivery to the resident
  • handle overnight activities as required
  • answer phones promptly with accurate information
  • track activity logs and incident reports for management review
  • perform other duties as assigned
