Joining the team as a Concierge at our Wildwood, FL Senior Living Community presents a unique opportunity to become the welcoming face of the community during the overnight weekend shifts. This part-time role calls for a people-oriented individual passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As the Concierge, you will be instrumental in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents and their guests. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, your responsibilities will range from greeting guests with a friendly smile and managing communications through a multiline telephone system, to handling resident concerns sensitively and efficiently. You will provide administrative support, assist with scheduling appointments, and manage mail and deliveries.

This role also requires proficiency in basic office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email, ensuring smooth operational support. Safety is paramount in this position—being prepared to execute emergency procedures when necessary is critical. Familiarity with the BILD sales system is also preferred to support community activities and engagement effectively. As a weekend Concierge, your oversight of weekend activities will keep our residents active, engaged, and supported, contributing to the overall vibrant community experience.

You will play a crucial part in maintaining the community's standards by noting and reporting any area or item requiring repair to the Assistant Director, ensuring safety and comfort remain top priorities.
