The Concierge role at Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake is a vital position responsible for providing outstanding customer service to residents, guests, families, and employees. This part-time position (Thursday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm) offers a consistent schedule and an opportunity to work within a community committed to excellence. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face for all visitors and plays an essential role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the facility. Duties include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls professionally, managing the front desk, coordinating medical appointments and family outings by collaborating with care and nursing staff, and supporting the marketing department and office manager. The Concierge must possess an in-depth familiarity with the community layout and the roles of its employees to provide accurate assistance.

Candidates for this role are expected to have a compassionate personality with a positive attitude, along with the ability to remain calm and problem-solve effectively in stressful situations. Previous experience in receptionist or concierge roles, or supervisory experience, is preferred. Sensitivity to the unique needs of senior residents and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations are critical qualities. Additionally, candidates must be willing to undergo a two-step tuberculosis test as part of the employment requirements.
