Job Requirements
- Three months of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Compassionate and professional attitude
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Maintain positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and staff
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Highly proficient computer skills especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- Answer telephone calls
- Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure resident and property safety
- Investigate and report any unusual activity
- Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, or hold as requested
- Maintain sign in/out logs for community keys and gate passes
- Assist other departments with administrative functions
- Ensure timely response and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
