Job Description

Senior Lifestyle is a leading provider of senior living communities dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults. Our organization is committed to creating vibrant, nurturing environments where seniors can thrive with dignity, respect, and joy. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and comprehensive care, Senior Lifestyle has established itself as a trusted name in the senior care industry. Our communities offer a range of living options and services designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents, from independent living to assisted living and memory care. We emphasize a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork among our staff to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors feels valued and supported.

The role we are hiring for is an essential position within our community that requires a compassionate individual who embodies our core values of HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for various duties including greeting residents and guests, managing safety systems, monitoring community security through surveillance, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position offers a reliable schedule with shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm on Mondays and every other weekend, at a competitive wage of $17 per hour.

As a key point of contact for residents and their families, your role will involve handling inquiries, processing reports related to community operations, and coordinating deliveries of packages and essential items like prescription drugs. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving concerns will be vital. You will also maintain logs for community keys and gate passes, ensuring secure access and efficient record-keeping. This job requires proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Beyond the technical aspects, this position demands a genuine passion for service and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team that strives to create a positive environment. Candidates who join will benefit from comprehensive training and the opportunity to grow within the organization. We seek individuals who are empathetic, professional, and able to independently manage responsibilities while fostering a friendly and respectful community culture.

Senior Lifestyle supports all employees with a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off to promote work-life balance and personal well-being. Additionally, the company promotes financial wellness through services like DailyPay, allowing employees to access earned wages on demand. We are also committed to health and safety, requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all employees unless exempt for valid reasons.

Join Senior Lifestyle and be part of a mission-driven community where your work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day, providing warmth, safety, and dignity in a welcoming home-like setting.
