Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with office equipment and software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents families and visitors warmly providing assistance with inquiries directions and requests
- Offer a variety of concierge services including arranging transportation coordinating reservations and helping residents with special requests or errands
- Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff communicating important information about community events activities and announcements
- Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring that all residents feel valued heard and well-supported in their needs and requests
- Perform light administrative duties such as maintaining logs scheduling appointments and assisting with resident or visitor check-in check-out procedures
- Assist in the coordination of community events and activities ensuring residents are informed and engaged
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of residents and their families
- Assist with security procedures including monitoring guest and visitor access maintaining a safe environment and reporting any concerns to management
