Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk roles
- proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and prioritize work
- willingness to assist in recruitment and administrative tasks
- availability to work approximately 10 hours per week
- compliance with safety protocols and risk management practices
- authorization to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test, tuberculosis test, background check
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination as required by law
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- proven customer service experience and skills
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- extend a warm welcome and greeting
- offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- ensure community safety protocols are in place
- contact the Director of Sales or Executive Director to meet with prospective residents and families
- greet potential candidates and direct them to apply online or capture candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System
- answer incoming telephone calls within two to three rings
- take complete messages and communicate them to intended recipients
- provide community overview to callers and forward calls appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- send get well and sympathy cards
- order flowers and meals for residents and families
- maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- assist with lead tracking database entry
- perform administrative duties related to resident move-in
- keep front desk and Bistro area neat
- check Bistro cleanliness and replenish snacks and refreshments
- maintain music and pleasant atmosphere
- ensure front desk coverage when away
- partner with team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- practice safety procedures including use of PPE and emergency protocols
- maintain resident and team member rosters
- respond to emergencies and maintain sign-in/out logs
- update phone lists, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- prepare meal tickets and tally counts
- collect and process meal money
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- post and display daily menu
- assist in recruitment data entry and administrative tasks
- monitor and order office supplies
- track and disperse paychecks
- participate actively in team meetings and training
- uphold service principles and contribute to team engagement
- perform other duties as assigned
