The Concierge role at Sunrise Senior Living serves as the vital first point of contact for visitors, potential residents, and their families, providing an essential gateway to the community's services and culture. This position is responsible not only for greeting guests warmly but also for managing phone communications, ensuring messages are effectively relayed, and providing comprehensive information about the community in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director. Beyond front desk operations, the Concierge supports administrative tasks such as assisting with recruitment processes, handling computer data entry, and maintaining the Bistro area to ensure it remains inviting and comfortable for residents and visitors alike.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple phone lines and visitors professionally
- basic computer proficiency including data entry
- must pass pre-employment drug test, tuberculosis test, physical evaluation, and background check
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations may be required based on local laws
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- manage both external and internal calls efficiently
- take and communicate messages accurately
- provide an overview of community information to inquiries
- assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee with community recruitment processes
- perform general administrative duties including computer data entry
- monitor the Bistro area to maintain refreshments, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere
- support the Director of Sales and Executive Director in community engagement and information dissemination
