Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple phone lines and visitors professionally
  • basic computer proficiency including data entry
  • must pass pre-employment drug test, tuberculosis test, physical evaluation, and background check
  • COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations may be required based on local laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • manage both external and internal calls efficiently
  • take and communicate messages accurately
  • provide an overview of community information to inquiries
  • assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee with community recruitment processes
  • perform general administrative duties including computer data entry
  • monitor the Bistro area to maintain refreshments, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere
  • support the Director of Sales and Executive Director in community engagement and information dissemination
