Additionally, the Concierge maintains the Bistro area, ensuring refreshments and the environment meet the community’s quality standards.

The position demands a versatile individual skilled in customer service, administrative tasks, and risk management practices to maintain safety and compliance within the community. Sunrise Senior Living offers competitive compensation tailored to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees benefit from a robust package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; retirement savings plans; employee assistance and discount programs; paid time off; and tuition reimbursement. The company encourages ongoing training and involvement in team engagement activities, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Employment is subject to pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks to uphold the company’s safety standards.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living as a Concierge means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service, cultivating meaningful relationships, and contributing to a community where residents can thrive.
