We currently have a wonderful opportunity for a Part-Time Concierge to join our team at Village on the Park Steeplechase. This role is essential in setting the tone for an inviting and secure community. The Part-Time Concierge at Cardinal Bay plays a vital role in monitoring the building’s access, assisting visitors and residents, managing communications, and ensuring that common areas are maintained with cleanliness and orderliness. The role requires vigilance in emergency situations, proper handling of equipment such as fire alarms, and adherence to community protocols such as locking and unlocking doors at designated times. The concierge also assists with administrative tasks such as operating paging and telephone systems, processing maintenance requests, and providing escort services as needed.

In return for your commitment and hard work, Cardinal Bay offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with the organization contributing over 50% of the cost. Life insurance is fully covered. Full-time employees enjoy paid vacation time that increases with years of service, and all employees have access to discounts on insurance and personal needs, an Employee Assistance Program, referral bonuses, advancement and cross-training opportunities, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
