Borger Residential is a distinguished and community-respected full-service property management company that has a rich history spanning over 90 years in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan areas. Established initially in 1930, Borger Residential has grown significantly and currently manages over 9,500 apartments throughout the DC Metro Area. This extensive portfolio not only highlights the company's expansive reach but also reflects its steadfast commitment to providing quality management services. As part of The Donohoe Companies, Borger Residential continues to be a key player in shaping the future of property management with innovative and resident-focused service. The company prides itself on maintaining strong relationships with its residents and tenants by offering professional services, maintaining high standards of property upkeep, and fostering community engagement within its managed properties.

The Concierge role at Claridge House of Alexandria, located at 301 N Ripley St, Alexandria, VA 22304, is critical in ensuring a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and potential residents. This position functions as the first point of contact and is responsible for upholding the company’s image through exceptional customer service and maintaining the orderliness and aesthetics of the lobby and common areas. The Concierge must be a reliable, friendly, and proficient individual who understands the importance of effective communication and upholds the property’s policies and standards. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, such as receiving visitors, managing phone calls, directing inquiries, assisting with deliveries and vendors, and supporting property management staff across various operational functions. This full-time position offers comprehensive exposure to property operations, including business, leasing, and engineering facets, making it a dynamic opportunity for individuals interested in property management and resident services.

The Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining a professional environment that reflects Borger Residential’s commitment to quality and community. The individual in this role will ensure safety, report incidents, maintain communication with the maintenance team, and assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, contributing significantly to resident satisfaction and overall property management success. This position requires the ability to work independently yet collaboratively, as well as to handle multiple demands in a courteous and efficient manner.
