Freedom Village of Bradenton is currently hiring a PRN Concierge to join their hospitality team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with older adults and want to build or advance their senior living career in a supportive and rewarding environment. The PRN Concierge will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, guests, suppliers, vendors, prospective employees, and outside service providers visiting the community. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a warm, friendly demeanor to create positive first impressions and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
The responsibilities of the PRN Concierge include managing telephone coverage, assisting residents and visitors with inquiries, and effectively resolving issues to ensure both community objectives and individual needs are met. This role also involves handling deliveries, documenting receipt of packages, and notifying residents of their deliveries, as well as creating maintenance work orders and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent telephone and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
