Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- customer service experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise software
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic organizational and time management skills
- compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- ability to maintain accurate records
- willingness to undergo background checks, drug and tuberculosis testing
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccinations as required
- understanding of and commitment to risk management and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- proven customer service experience and skills
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- extend a warm welcome and greeting
- offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- ensure community safety protocols are in place
- contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors
- greet potential job candidates and direct them to apply online or capture candidate information into Applicant Tracking System
- answer incoming calls and resident calls promptly with appropriate greeting and identification
- take and communicate messages accurately
- offer community overview to callers and forward them appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- send get well cards and sympathy cards as needed
- order Memory Flowers for residents who have passed away
- order flowers and name plates for new residents
- create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- support Director of Sales with initial inquiry calls and lead tracking
- perform administrative duties related to resident move-in process
- keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- monitor and maintain bistro cleanliness and stock
- ensure music is playing throughout the day
- ensure front desk coverage during absences
- partner with community team for compliance with health and safety regulations
- practice safety procedures including PPE and fire extinguisher use
- maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
- champion Safe Leaving Program and ensure resident safety
- respond to emergencies per policies
- ensure guest and resident sign-in/out procedures
- maintain high-risk elopement list
- update resident phone list and logs daily
- prepare and tally meal tickets
- process meal ticket money
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- post and display daily menu
- maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- assist in recruitment process through data entry
- monitor and order office supplies
- track and disperse team member paychecks
- participate actively in team meetings and engagement programs
- maintain compliance with required trainings
- perform other duties as assigned
