Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- at least one year preferred of front desk or reception related experience
- knowledge of typing, filing, use of copy machines, telephone systems, intercommunication system, and office equipment
- understanding of resident rights, confidentiality, employee handbook, and census
- friendly, courteous, patient, understanding, and able to work well with staff, residents, and families
- ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, families, residents
- answer telephone promptly using appropriate community greeting
- sort and distribute mail
- type, file, and handle correspondence
- adhere to and interpret residents' rights
- adhere to and interpret personnel policies
- use office equipment such as computers, calculators, copy machines, postage machines
- express concern and compassion for residents and families
- escort people as necessary to resident suites and other areas
- perform other duties as assigned
