Additionally, the Concierge acts as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, helping to maintain a caring atmosphere where everyone feels respected and included. You will be expected to uphold and interpret resident rights and company personnel policies, guaranteeing compliance with federal and state regulations. Proficiency in utilizing office equipment such as computers, calculators, copy machines, and postage machines, along with strong organizational skills, will help you excel in this role.

MorningStar Senior Living takes pride in fostering an environment that values career development and offers opportunities for advancement. Team members working 24 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, a 401k plan with matching, employee assistance programs, paid time off including sick, vacation, and birthday leave, tuition reimbursement, and more. This reflects MorningStar's commitment to not only caring for its residents but also supporting and investing in its employees.

Joining MorningStar Senior Living as a Concierge means becoming part of a dedicated team where your contributions profoundly affect the quality of life for senior residents.
