The role of Concierge at Rosecastle at Deerwood is essential in upholding the high standards of service the community is known for. This position is centered on delivering excellent customer service and facilitating a welcoming environment for residents, their families, and visitors. The Concierge acts as a central communication hub and service provider, responsible for assisting with a wide variety of tasks that enhance the overall resident experience. Duties include greeting and assisting residents, coordinating transportation and reservations, supporting community events, and maintaining security protocols. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, professional individual with a passion for serving the elderly and a commitment to operational excellence. Job Requirements

- Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests
- Offer a variety of concierge services, including arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping residents with special requests or errands
- Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating important information about community events, activities, and announcements
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all residents feel valued, heard, and well-supported in their needs and requests
- Perform light administrative duties such as maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with resident or visitor check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist in the coordination of community events and activities, ensuring residents are informed and engaged
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of residents and their families
- Assist with security procedures, including monitoring guest and visitor access, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting any concerns to management
- Position needed Sundays and Mondays 9AM-6PM
