This job opening is for the position of Concierge on a part-time basis at Residences at Vantage Point. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of the community, playing a vital role in resident and visitor experience by managing communications and providing helpful information. This role involves answering and transferring incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, giving directions and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the seamless operation of the front desk. The Concierge is responsible for opening and closing the reception area, securing files and equipment, processing payments, recording reservations and appointments, and managing mail and messages. Additionally, the role requires coordinating routine and emergency maintenance related to front desk equipment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role beneficial
- Proficiency with phone systems and office software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under interruptions
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work part-time
- Ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate preferred
- Typing and computer skills
- Experience with common office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English using proper grammar
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls, greeting, providing information, directions and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
- Accepts and records payments, guest room reservations, appointments, cancellations, staff and resident directories, work orders through PM Works and maintains lists
- Routes incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate parties
- Communicates all messages and material directed to appropriate parties
- Contacts appropriate vendor for routine and emergency maintenance of front desk equipment
- Performs a variety of other clerical duties as assigned
