Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role beneficial
  • Proficiency with phone systems and office software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under interruptions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availability to work part-time
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Typing and computer skills
  • Experience with common office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English using proper grammar
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Ability to follow specific and general instructions carefully

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls, greeting, providing information, directions and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
  • Accepts and records payments, guest room reservations, appointments, cancellations, staff and resident directories, work orders through PM Works and maintains lists
  • Routes incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate parties
  • Communicates all messages and material directed to appropriate parties
  • Contacts appropriate vendor for routine and emergency maintenance of front desk equipment
  • Performs a variety of other clerical duties as assigned
