The role of Hotel Guest Liaison at Stein Eriksen Lodge is vital in ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position requires an individual who serves as both an information agent and concierge, responsible for managing guest requests efficiently and delivering timely support. The successful candidate must demonstrate patience, excellent communication skills, tact, and resourcefulness while engaging with guests to meet their diverse needs. As a front-line representative of the lodge, the Hotel Guest Liaison is expected to warmly welcome guests, handle complaints professionally, provide accurate information about local attractions and activities, and coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service. Additionally, this position entails making dining reservations, maintaining detailed logs, and acknowledging returning guests and property owners with appropriate courtesy. Standing for extended periods is a physical requirement for this role. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest inquiries efficiently
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills for maintaining logs and reservations
Job Duties
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
- Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints
- Serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Have knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest
- Maintain complete and informative log books
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
- Maintain communication with all hotel departments
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
