Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of Park City and surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple guest requests efficiently
- Professional attitude and appearance

- Previous experience in hospitality or concierge roles
- Strong knowledge of Park City area attractions and activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented and organized
Job Duties
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
- Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints
- Serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area points of interest
- Maintain complete and informative log books
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
- Maintain communication with all hotel departments
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
