The Concierge position at Azura Living is a vital role that serves as the heart of first impressions for the community. This full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, involves creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents, their families, visitors, and team members. The Concierge acts as the friendly face and primary point of contact, ensuring that every interaction exudes genuine care, professionalism, and attentiveness. Ideal candidates are those who naturally enjoy helping others and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service with compassion.

Responsibilities encompass a variety of administrative and hospitality duties, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, taking and relaying messages, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating express mail services. Additionally, the role involves performing basic clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry, as well as maintaining common areas and the coffee bar to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere. This position is key to fostering community spirit and smooth operations within Azura Living, serving as a friendly liaison between residents, their loved ones, and staff.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency with basic office software
  • strong organizational skills
  • availability to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
