Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting required
  • Active CNA license in Pennsylvania strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Current and active CNA license in PA strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service-related field required
  • Experience in healthcare setting required
  • Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective
  • Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette
  • Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments
  • Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned
  • Greeting potential residents, families, visitors
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
