Oxford Enhanced Senior Living and Healthcare Center is a distinguished 134-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to its residents. Joining Oxford Enhanced Senior Living as a Concierge presents an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of this vibrant community. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with shifts available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., ensuring that the concierge functions seamlessly throughout the day. The position offers same-day pay with a competitive wage of $16 to $18 per hour, making it an attractive role for individuals seeking both stability and rewarding work. The Concierge is a pivotal point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, embodying the facility's commitment to hospitality and care. Responsibilities include managing all incoming calls professionally and courteously, providing accurate information and directions, and offering assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting required
  • Active CNA license in Pennsylvania strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Current and active CNA license in PA strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service-related field required
  • Experience in healthcare setting required
  • Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective
  • Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette
  • Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments
  • Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned
  • Greeting potential residents, families, visitors
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
