This part-time Concierge position offers 15 to 25 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and community engagement. The Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring residents and their guests have a positive experience by attending to their needs, maintaining clubhouse security, and providing helpful property and local area information. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and highly motivated to exceed resident expectations through personalized service. The Concierge also supports clubhouse activities and occasionally assists with office duties, working closely with the Community Director to help maintain the smooth operation of the community's common areas. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • ability to work evening and weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Assisting residents with requests in the clubhouse
  • monitoring the clubhouse to ensure residents and guests follow facility rules and procedures
  • assisting residents with clubhouse equipment
  • providing information about the property and its offerings
  • exceeding resident expectations by delivering exceptional service
  • offering recommendations on local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
  • listening to resident requests, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • assisting with clubhouse activities
  • closing and securing clubhouse doors at closing time
  • performing office duties when needed
  • carrying out tasks requested by the Community Director
