The role of a Concierge at Terra Bluffs is a vital frontline position that exemplifies the community's commitment to exceptional hospitality and service. This part-time role offers scheduled hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, as well as Mondays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, making it ideal for individuals looking to contribute during these key times. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and team members, serving as the friendly and organized face that welcomes everyone into the community. Your responsibilities will go beyond basic greeting duties; you will play a crucial role in ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are inviting, clean, and efficiently managed, creating a positive first impression for all who enter.

In this position, you will answer phones, respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism, assist with directing guests, handle deliveries and messages, and support residents with daily needs and requests. You will also coordinate appointments and transportation as necessary, facilitating smooth operation and enhancing residents’ convenience and comfort. Security is a key component of the Concierge role, involving monitoring building entry, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating important information with team members and various departments. Administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling support will help ensure efficient management within the community.

Ideal candidates bring previous customer service or front desk experience, preferably within senior living or healthcare settings, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and possessing strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role. Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, and move between areas throughout the shift and respond quickly and calmly in occasional emergency situations.
