Job Description
Birdcall is a rapidly growing, hip fast casual restaurant committed to delivering an all-natural, healthy dining experience with made-to-order food that our guests love. The company prides itself on its emphasis on community, shown through its innovative ONE PERCENT initiative, which donates 1% of sales back to the local communities Birdcall serves. This commitment to social responsibility is a core value that goes beyond providing great food — it's about creating positive impact and strengthening community ties.
Birdcall’s menu features 100% all-natural ingredients in every dish, from crispy chicken sandwiches to fresh, nutritious salads, offering a unique blend of quality and health for diners. The restaurant’s focus is not just on food but on fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in. This creates a dining experience that’s both delicious and community-centered.
The Front of House Team Member role at Birdcall is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to engage directly with guests and be a crucial part of the restaurant’s customer service experience. This position involves greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with the kiosk ordering system, and ensuring that visitors receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Team members also handle cashier responsibilities, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, support food running, and provide general assistance to guests to enhance their overall visit.
Birdcall values its employees highly, offering many benefits designed to promote work-life balance and career growth. These include paid sick leave, flexible scheduling that respects individual availability, and opportunities for career development within a growing company. With competitive pay and a team-focused work environment, employees enjoy a supportive and dynamic workplace. Additionally, the restaurant ensures no late-night shifts and proudly welcomes teenage workers, providing career opportunities for individuals as young as 16.
Working at Birdcall means joining a fast-paced, community-oriented restaurant that prioritizes quality, customer care, and individual growth. Whether seeking full-time or part-time roles, employees are given the chance to build not just a job but a meaningful career. The company’s emphasis on training and development means you gain valuable skills while contributing to a positive and healthy dining environment. Birdcall is also an equal opportunity employer, fostering a culture of inclusion and fairness, making it an ideal place for those passionate about hospitality, health-conscious food, and community engagement to grow their career.
