The Concierge position at Legend Senior Living is a key role within the administrative team, serving as the frontline ambassador to residents and guests. This full-time role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with inquiries, guiding community tours, and managing communication across departments. As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal part in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing detailed information about local attractions, events, dining, and transportation options. You will have the opportunity to coordinate resident parking and valet services and ensure the front desk and communal areas are inviting and well-maintained.

Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading and unloading as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
