Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions
- Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and guest requirements
- Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
- Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Stay calm under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
- Collaborate with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments for seamless guest experience
