Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year of office or hospitality experience preferred
  • proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and internet-based programs
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • completion of drug testing and criminal background check
  • adherence to policies and confidentiality
  • free of communicable disease
  • professional appearance
  • ability to bend, stand, lift, stoop, sit, walk, and stretch

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • experience in general office procedures
  • proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, internet-based programs, emailing, and scanning
  • good grammatical and writing skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • one year of office or hospitality experience preferred
  • professional appearance and adherence to dress code
  • ability to communicate effectively by speaking, seeing, and hearing

Job Duties

  • provide clerical support
  • organize and maintain resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files
  • answer telephones promptly and take accurate messages
  • greet and receive visitors, ensuring proper registration
  • provide information and assistance to residents
  • assist the Wellness Director with scheduling and coordinating resident doctor appointments
  • maintain resident mailboxes and manage mail distribution
  • keep the lobby and reception area neat and professional
  • provide administrative support including typing, filing, and scheduling
  • schedule work orders and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
  • assist with recruitment activities like placing ads and screening applicants
  • maintain inventories and assist in ordering supplies
  • report unsafe conditions and hazards
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
