Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one year of office or hospitality experience preferred
- proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and internet-based programs
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- completion of drug testing and criminal background check
- adherence to policies and confidentiality
- free of communicable disease

Job Duties
- provide clerical support
- organize and maintain resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files
- answer telephones promptly and take accurate messages
- greet and receive visitors, ensuring proper registration
- provide information and assistance to residents
- assist the Wellness Director with scheduling and coordinating resident doctor appointments
- maintain resident mailboxes and manage mail distribution
- keep the lobby and reception area neat and professional
- provide administrative support including typing, filing, and scheduling
- schedule work orders and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
- assist with recruitment activities like placing ads and screening applicants
- maintain inventories and assist in ordering supplies
- report unsafe conditions and hazards
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
