Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new community software applications
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
  • Pass required background checks and drug screening
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience and skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Sunrise systems
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with good organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to team engagement and compliance with training requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm welcome
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and communicate messages accurately
  • Support Director of Sales and Executive Director in handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with recruitment by greeting candidates and entering information into Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in front desk and Bistro areas
  • Monitor and enforce community safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks including updating resident rosters, processing meal tickets, and ordering supplies
