Key responsibilities include greeting visitors and residents, managing appointment schedules, assisting with community events, and ensuring the reception and Bistro areas remain inviting and well-maintained. The Concierge also assists with recruitment efforts by welcoming prospective team members and managing applicant information, promoting a collaborative team environment. This role is pivotal in upholding community safety protocols, managing emergency procedures, and contributing to risk management initiatives. Attention to compliance, resident security, and fostering a safe and comfortable environment are crucial elements.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn new community software applications
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
- Pass required background checks and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Sunrise systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with good organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to team engagement and compliance with training requirements
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm welcome
- Manage incoming telephone calls and communicate messages accurately
- Support Director of Sales and Executive Director in handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Assist with recruitment by greeting candidates and entering information into Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in front desk and Bistro areas
- Monitor and enforce community safety protocols and procedures
- Perform administrative tasks including updating resident rosters, processing meal tickets, and ordering supplies
