Job Description

The hiring establishment is a well-regarded senior living community committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for older adults. This community specializes in offering comprehensive residential services that emphasize dignity, respect, and quality of life for its residents. Dedicated to fostering a positive atmosphere, the facility maintains a well-lighted, safe lobby area with comfortable ventilation and temperature controls, ensuring a pleasant experience not only for the residents but also for visitors and staff. The community values compassionate care and excellent service standards, tailored specifically to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of older adults and their families. The role includes responsibilities such as answering telephones, directing calls, taking reservations for dining and activities, managing maintenance work orders, and responding promptly to emergencies. Employees in this role support a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork through cooperative interactions and maintaining a positive professional image through dress and conduct.
