Job Description

Sagora is a prominent senior living community operator dedicated to providing exceptional care and hospitality services to residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Rooted in the values of commitment, empowerment, communication, excellence, and teamwork, Sagora fosters an environment where Residents First is more than a motto — it is a guiding principle. The company name itself reflects a deep respect for wisdom and community, deriving from 'Sage' meaning wisdom, and 'Agora' meaning a gathering place. Sagora’s communities serve as vital gathering places where residents not only find care but also connect with others in a meaningful way. Known for its team-focused culture and commitment to quality-centered living, Sagora has earned recognition as a Great Place to Work based on team member surveys, a testament to its positive work environment and dedication to employee growth and satisfaction.

Sagora is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join the team at Azalea Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care located at 5550 Old Jacksonville Hwy. This position is part-time and offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of the community, playing a critical role in shaping the first impressions of residents, visitors, and family members. The Concierge position at Sagora is much more than just a front-desk role; it involves actively overseeing the reception area, managing telephone and mail communications professionally, and providing essential information in a courteous manner both in-person and via phone or email.

Concierges act as a cornerstone for effective communication within the community by handling incoming calls, directing messages appropriately, and assisting team members with front desk duties. Additionally, they maintain a clean and presentable lobby area, ensuring that it reflects the community’s standards of quality and comfort. Part of the role includes performing routine rounds to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Sagora emboldens its team members to maintain the highest professional standards with an emphasis on integrity and confidentiality.

Candidates for this position should possess excellent multitasking and time-management skills, alongside a customer service orientation that is both warm and efficient. Competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred, ensuring the Concierge can handle the technological demands of the role. This role also demands strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with residents, family members, and fellow associates. Join Sagora and contribute to a vibrant community that values your contributions and supports your career development through comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
