Job Duties
- Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- general clerical responsibilities
- greet and direct families and tours
- assist department managers as needed
- problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members
- build relationships with residents and their family members
- ensure resident safety and confidentiality
- perform light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming
