Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and related applications
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and community policies
- Must be available Wednesday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Ability to participate in required training and compliance programs
- Successful completion of background check, drug test, tuberculosis test, and physical evaluation
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination as required by law
Job Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Accurate record-keeping abilities

- Commitment to team values and service principles
- Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- Extend a warm welcome and greeting
- Offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- Ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator for prospective residents and visitors
- Greet potential employment candidates and direct them to apply online or input information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone calls within two to three rings with appropriate greetings
- Take complete and accurate messages and communicate them to intended recipients
- Provide community overviews to callers and forward calls appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents
- Maintain neat and organized front desk and entry areas
- Monitor and stock the Bistro area including refreshments and snacks
- Ensure music is playing throughout the day
- Adhere to safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and schedules for emergency purposes
- Monitor and maintain sign-in/out logs for guests and residents
- Update telephone and resident rosters daily
- Prepare and tally meal tickets and collect meal ticket money
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Assist with recruitment data entry and administrative duties
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Track and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Comply with all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
