Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

- Previous hospitality experience in a luxury or lifestyle environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests
- A passion for local culture, dining, and experiences, with the ability to translate that knowledge into personalized recommendations
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when handling guest requests
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and fulfilling both everyday and special requests
- Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of local dining, events, and experiences to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations
- Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and create meaningful, memorable stays
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors
- Uphold Bardo's service standards through attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to guest needs
- Partner with Guest Services and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest experiences
