Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local area is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience in a luxury or lifestyle environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests
A passion for local culture, dining, and experiences, with the ability to translate that knowledge into personalized recommendations
Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when handling guest requests
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and fulfilling both everyday and special requests
Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of local dining, events, and experiences to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations
Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and create meaningful, memorable stays
Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors
Uphold Bardo's service standards through attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to guest needs
Partner with Guest Services and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest experiences
