LEFT LANE emphasizes a company culture where every employee feels valued and inspired, mirroring the level of care and warmth guests experience during their stays at the company’s properties.

LEFT LANE’s flagship property is Hotel Bardo Savannah, recognized as one of the best hotels in the world in 2024 by prestigious publications such as Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler. The hotel provides its team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off and paid holidays, 401k matching, health and telehealth benefits, discounts on resort offerings such as rooms, dining, shopping, and spa services, complimentary onsite fitness classes, and free meals in the employee café.

The Concierge role at Hotel Bardo Savannah is vital to the Guest Services team, serving as an "impression maker" who exemplifies the Bardo brand through thoughtful and anticipatory service. This position is designed for a personable, dynamic, and knowledgeable individual passionate about creating highly curated and memorable guest experiences. The Concierge acts as a key point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations and coordinating reservations that elevate the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess confidence, resourcefulness, and a strong passion for hospitality combined with local expertise.

The Concierge will be responsible for building meaningful connections with guests, understanding their preferences, and tailoring experiences that resonate on both personal and cultural levels. This role requires maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local dining options, events, and unique experiences to offer insightful and customized recommendations. The Concierge is also charged with developing and nurturing strong relationships with local partners and vendors to enrich guest services.

Further, the Concierge will uphold the high service standards of Hotel Bardo by demonstrating attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to guest needs. Collaboration with other departments and seamless communication with the broader Guest Services team are essential to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This position demands flexibility in work hours, as availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Working at Hotel Bardo Savannah as a Concierge provides a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious hospitality environment where every day brings new and exciting challenges. The role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, service-oriented settings and who take pride in delivering exceptional memories to guests through genuine connections and expert local knowledge. LEFT LANE Hospitality Group values employees who are adaptable, composed under pressure, and solutions-oriented in their approach to guest service needs. Joining this team means contributing to a company that not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also invests in its workforce’s well-being and professional growth.
