We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our dedicated team. This role serves as the essential first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The Concierge supports the comfort, satisfaction, and overall well-being of our residents by coordinating a variety of non-clinical services, assisting with daily requests, and collaborating closely with clinical and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates will bring a compassionate demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge helps maintain a clean and inviting lobby area, manages phone communications, facilitates resident orientation and transitions, and handles requests or concerns with care and timely escalation.
