- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior care preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate non-clinical resident services such as transportation, dining reservations, event sign-ups, and personal requests
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby or front desk area
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Support new resident orientation and transition
- Handle resident requests and concerns, escalating when necessary
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports as required
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling
