The role of Concierge at Integral Senior Living is a vital and dynamic position that plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and staff within the community. The Concierge is responsible for managing reception and front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing phone calls, and providing essential information of a general nature. This position requires a well-organized, warm, and professional individual who serves as the welcoming face of the community and facilitates smooth communication throughout the facility.
The Concierge's duties extend to a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the daily operations of the community. This includes handling telephone answering services, taking messages accurately and delivering them promptly to intended recipients, and coordinating appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser visits or transportation arrangements. The role also involves managing mail distribution, organizing marketing brochures, maintaining resident phone lists and rosters, and overseeing meal ticket preparation and tallying for team and family members.
The position offers a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week, from Saturday to Wednesday, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment within a respected and supportive senior living community. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Schedule is: Saturday to Wednesday, 30 hours per week
