Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their families
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Availability to work full-time from 9 am to 5 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior care preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their families
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer skills including email, phone systems, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact
  • Assist residents and families with general questions, directions, and facility information
  • Coordinate visitation logistics and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures
  • Support admissions, discharges, and tours by welcoming new residents and families and assisting as directed
  • Communicate resident or visitor concerns to appropriate departments promptly and professionally
  • Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
