Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their families
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Availability to work full-time from 9 am to 5 pm

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic computer skills including email, phone systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Assist residents and families with general questions, directions, and facility information
- Coordinate visitation logistics and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures
- Support admissions, discharges, and tours by welcoming new residents and families and assisting as directed
- Communicate resident or visitor concerns to appropriate departments promptly and professionally
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
