Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- previous concierge experience
- knowledge of local area and attractions
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to multitask
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to learn proprietary software
- able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous concierge experience
- great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to multitask
- computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to learn proprietary applications

Job Duties
- Accommodating guest requests
- processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
- assisting in other guest service areas including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
- planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay
- providing exceptional above and beyond service
