The role of Concierge at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is essential in upholding the resort’s reputation for exceptional guest service. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking assistance with their stay, offering personalized recommendations and organizing itineraries to enhance their experience. This role demands a high level of communication, organizational skills, and local knowledge, as the concierge must anticipate and respond to diverse guest needs with attentiveness and care.
Candidates are expected to have prior concierge experience and a solid understanding of the local area, including its attractions and amenities. Excellent command of the English language is required, with additional language skills considered an asset. The position requires multitasking abilities and proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary software relevant to the job. Physical stamina is also necessary, as the Concierge must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours per shift.
This full-time position involves working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with scheduled hours of 7am - 3:30pm or 12pm - 8:30pm. Job Duties
- Accommodating guest requests
- processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
- assisting in other guest service areas including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
- planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay
- providing exceptional above and beyond service
