Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends
- able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- property management or hospitality experience is a plus
- outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- customer-focused mentality
- ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
- experience with front desk or administrative tasks
- proficiency in using switchboard telephone systems
Job Duties
- perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
- respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls via switchboard
- provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- work weekends 2-3 times per month
- manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced leasing and sales office
- maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor
- assist with resident inquiries and concerns
