Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Use clear and understandable speaking voice
- Respond to inquiries with accurate information about outlet operations, local attractions, and services
- Promptly answer telephone calls using positive and clear English communication
- Record and retrieve messages and communicate content to guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for customers as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
- Respond promptly to requests for services such as dentists, doctors, childcare, florists
- Distribute printed materials such as brochures of local attractions or hotel information
- Organize, set-up, and monitor food and beverage program in Concierge Lounge
- Assist guests with food and beverage service including serving and cleanup
- Handle guest complaints with thorough research to develop effective solutions
- Listen and assist in resolving problems such as price conflicts or environmental issues
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity
- Plan and implement detailed steps using expert judgment and discretion
