Job Description

The Plaza at Mililani is a distinguished assisted living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for its residents. Currently, The Plaza at Mililani is seeking a full-time Concierge to join their team. This role is crucial as the Concierge serves as the frontline ambassador for the community, creating a positive and lasting first impression for all visitors, potential residents, and their families. Working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Concierge position offers a starting pay rate of 17 dollars per hour. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and professional individual who excels in customer service and communication.

In this role, the Concierge will have the important responsibility of greeting visitors warmly, managing calls efficiently, and providing comprehensive information about the community to prospective residents and their families. Acting as a conduit between external inquiries and internal departments, the Concierge supports the marketing and sales teams by facilitating communication and delivering timely and accurate information. Beyond greeting and information dissemination, the Concierge is also tasked with ensuring the bistro area maintains a welcoming ambiance by monitoring refreshments, music, and cleanliness.

Administrative duties form a vital component of the role, requiring the Concierge to be organized and adept at record-keeping and message management. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new software tools pertinent to the role.
