The Concierge/Front Desk position at Turnberry Ocean Colony is a vital role focused on ensuring the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction through prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. This role acts as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing various front desk duties. The Concierge is responsible for monitoring and controlling building access, managing keys, handling inquiries, and resolving resident-related concerns with discretion and efficiency.
In this role, the Concierge works closely with the Concierge Manager and other team members to complete daily tasks, achieve departmental goals, and support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the living experience for all residents. This position demands agility, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. It also requires someone who can maintain privacy and confidentiality, especially regarding resident information and activities.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and flexibility
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Warmly greet everyone who enters the building and acknowledge all those who are exiting (ensure proper registration and departure of residents and guests)
- Announce to residents all visitors, deliveries, and service persons
- Manage the inventory of all keys issued through Concierge, issue keys to authorized personnel, and maintain a key log
- Respond to emergency situations by notifying proper authorities and departments according to Emergency Response Procedures
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information
- Handle residents’ complaints, inquiries, and service requests
- Answer telephones timely and professionally using appropriate greetings
- Coordinate courier deliveries for residents and maintain delivery logs
- Attend all meetings related to Concierge services
- Support continuous improvement and learning by attending property-provided courses
- Represent the property professionally during shifts and on property grounds for job-related issues
