Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods
  • Excellent administrative skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk services preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

  • Strong administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet everyone who enters the building and acknowledge all those who are exiting (ensure proper registration and departure of residents and guests)
  • Announce to residents all visitors, deliveries, and service persons
  • Manage the inventory of all keys issued through Concierge, issue keys to authorized personnel, and maintain a key log
  • Respond to emergency situations by notifying proper authorities and departments according to Emergency Response Procedures
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information
  • Handle residents’ complaints, inquiries, and service requests
  • Answer telephones timely and professionally using appropriate greetings
  • Coordinate courier deliveries for residents and maintain delivery logs
  • Attend all meetings related to Concierge services
  • Support continuous improvement and learning by attending property-provided courses
  • Represent the property professionally during shifts and on property grounds for job-related issues
